1. Use of Service

GM SHOCK provides a CRM platform under its own branding. Users access the platform as a subaccount under GM SHOCK’s brand for business purposes.
You are responsible for the content you upload and manage within the platform.

2. Payment Terms

All payments for the platform subscription are processed securely through card transactions.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. If a payment fails, access to the platform may be temporarily suspended.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and protecting your account.
You must ensure that any data you upload complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

GM SHOCK is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
While platform downtime or errors will be addressed promptly, no compensation for losses will be provided.

5. Termination of Service

GM SHOCK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and conditions.
